I saw a need for helping someone with PTSD. I searched for a life coach near me and found nothing. After getting my life back on track I decided to try to help others like me. I will help with goal setting, be your life coach, be your friend.
I am not a health nut!
The problem with todays world is we run so fast to so many different places all day!!! Everyday!!! We try to do diets but its just not sustainable. We get stressed and we snack, and we drink.... We do all the things we're not supposed to do because it's the easier way. So now I sell supplements to people like me! If you're not a health nut, a good supplement for health is GOLDEN!
